Heritage Hollister Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Hollister, CA and surrounding areas, including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The specific scope of any project is defined in a written estimate provided before work begins.
Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate, or if the scope of work changes at the customer's request. Any changes to scope during a job will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work proceeds. Final pricing will not exceed the written estimate without your prior approval.
Jobs are scheduled on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. To confirm a booking, a signed estimate or written confirmation is required. We reserve the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible in those situations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a rescheduling fee to cover mobilization costs.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing before the job begins. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work starts - this will be stated in your written estimate. Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late fee. The customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if payment is not made.

We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage and will handle any damage caused by our crew's negligence. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or underground utilities not disclosed before work begins. Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the completed job, contact us within 7 days and we will return to assess and address the concern at no additional charge. This workmanship commitment does not cover damage caused by weather, third parties, or conditions outside our control after the job is complete. No warranty is made regarding tree health outcomes following pruning or trimming - trees are living organisms and results may vary.
